Are you skilled at formatting and refining complex documents?
This well-established professional services firm is looking for a skilled document formatting specialist to join their layout and publishing team.

YOUR ROLE:
The ideal candidate is a documentation specialist with expertise in preparing, and formatting of large and complex various types of documents for different teams using rigorous methods.
You will be responsible for:
Formatting and reviewing documents submitted by professional teams or internal administrative services;
Ensuring the accuracy of requested revisions by carefully checking formatting, spelling, and grammar in both French and English;
Using advanced features of Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and other applications to convert styles, insert media into presentations, create tables, and incorporate graphics;
Designing PowerPoint presentations and organizational charts;
Staying informed about new technologies and developments in document production;
Transcribing dictations, handwritten notes, or other forms;
Maintaining and updating the template library.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Proven experience in a role involving the handling of large technical documents with complex formatting;
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Ability to work with graphics and images effectively;
Strong learning ability and a desire to keep technical skills and software knowledge up to date;
Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer service;
Autonomy, attention to detail, and strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills in both French and English.
