As the Vice President, Construction & Development, you will lead and oversee all aspects of construction and development projects within the company's Canadian asset portfolio. Your role will focus on managing the projects and teams responsible for retirement residence new builds and retrofits, from development and pre-construction through to project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
