Recruiters Bidding for Business exists to create connections and opportunities between employers, recruiters and candidates. “Ouvrez une porte” extends that philosophy beyond recruitment.
As RBB grows, part of the value created through the platform will be redirected toward helping children access the basic education, resources and support they need to build their own future.

What we want to support
The focus is basic education for children — elementary and secondary school level. Not college or university.
Learn
Books, supplies and basic educational resources.
Support
Tutoring, academic assistance and support for children who need additional help.
Access
Helping children overcome financial or geographic barriers to basic education.
Build
Supporting classrooms, elementary schools and secondary schools where basic educational infrastructure is lacking.
Why education
Education is one of the first doors a child walks through.
Before careers, businesses, salaries or opportunities come the basic ability to learn, understand, communicate and imagine a different future.
We want to help keep that door open.
The long-term vision
Start small. Help concretely. Grow responsibly.
“Ouvrez une porte” should grow alongside RBB. The bigger the marketplace becomes, the more opportunities the initiative should be able to create.
Over time, the ambition is for successful RBB transactions to contribute to increasingly meaningful educational projects for children and communities.
The initiative is still being built. We are sharing the commitment and the direction, not results that do not exist yet. “Ouvrez une porte” is not a registered charity or foundation.
