Recruiters Bidding for Business, operating Recruiters Bidding for Business ("RBB", "we"), respects the privacy of Users.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes our practices concerning the collection, use, disclosure, retention, destruction, de-identification and anonymization of personal information in connection with the use of the Platform.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to individuals whose personal information RBB processes, including, among others:

—Visitors;

—representatives of Companies;

—Recruiters;

and, where relevant, Candidates.

"Personal information" generally means any information concerning an identifiable individual, directly or indirectly.

Certain professional or public information may not constitute personal information within the meaning of certain applicable laws.

2. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

Depending on your use of the Platform, we may collect:

Identifiers and Contact Information

—name;

—email;

—phone number;

—address;

login credentials.

Professional Information

For a Recruiter:

—company;

—title;

—experience;

—specializations;

—professional history;

—regions served;

—profile;

—photograph;

—video;

information relating to Mandates and Placements.

For a Company:

—company name;

—representative's title;

—professional contact information;

—recruitment needs;

—positions;

information relating to Mandates.

Information Concerning Candidates

Where necessary and permitted by law, the Platform may process, among other things:

—name;

—contact information;

—résumé;

—experience;

—education;

—skills;

—professional expectations;

—salary expectations;

—availability;

—information relating to an application;

and information relating to a Placement.

Transactional Information

We may collect information concerning:

—billing;

—payments;

—Recruitment Fees;

—RBB Fees;

—refunds;

and transaction history.

Payment card information may be processed directly by a payment provider rather than retained by RBB.

Technical Data

We may also collect:

—IP address;

—device type;

—browser;

—pages visited;

—activity on the Platform;

—connection data;

and information obtained through cookies or similar technologies.

3. How Do We Collect Your Information?

We generally collect information:

—directly from you;

—when you create an account;

—when you post a Mandate;

—when you submit a Proposal;

—when you communicate with another User;

—when you carry out a transaction;

—when you communicate with RBB;

—through authorized tracking technologies;

—from public sources where permitted;

or from other Users where they have the necessary authorizations.

We may also receive information from a Recruiter concerning a Candidate where such communication is permitted by law.

4. Why Do We Collect Your Information?

We may use the information, among other things, to:

—create and administer your account;

—verify your identity;

—operate the Platform;

—allow Companies to post Mandates;

—allow Recruiters to present Proposals;

—connect Companies and Recruiters;

—facilitate communications;

—enable the presentation of Candidates;

—document certain Placements;

—process transactions;

—calculate RBB Fees;

—prevent fraud and circumvention;

—ensure the security of the Platform;

—provide support;

—improve our services;

—analyze use of the Platform;

—develop new features;

—comply with our legal obligations;

and fulfill any other purpose to which you have validly consented.

5. Electronic Communications

Where you have consented or where the law permits, RBB may send you communications concerning, among other things:

—new Mandates;

—new Proposals;

—messages;

—updates;

—new features;

—offers;

—reminders;

or other information concerning our services.

You may withdraw your consent to commercial communications through the available unsubscribe mechanisms.

Certain essential administrative communications concerning your account or a transaction may nevertheless continue to be sent to you.

6. Aggregated, De-identified or Anonymized Data

Where permitted by law, RBB may use aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data, among other things, to:

—analyze the recruitment market;

—improve the Platform;

—compile statistics;

—improve our systems;

and develop or train certain technological or artificial intelligence systems.

Where data is anonymized within the meaning of applicable law, we strive to comply with the requirements applicable to such anonymization.

7. With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

RBB does not disclose your personal information to third parties except with your consent or where permitted by law.

We may, among other things, disclose certain information:

With Other Users

When a Company posts a Mandate, certain information may be made available to eligible Recruiters.

When a Recruiter submits a Proposal, certain professional information may be disclosed to the Company.

When a Candidate is presented, certain information may be disclosed to the relevant Company where such disclosure is authorized.

With Our Employees and Collaborators

Our employees or collaborators may access the information necessary to perform their duties.

With Our Suppliers

We may use suppliers for, among other things:

—hosting;

—storage;

—payments;

—emails;

—communications;

—analytics;

—security;

—automation;

—artificial intelligence;

and technical support.

These suppliers may have access to information necessary to provide their services.

When Required by Law

We may disclose information where necessary, among other things, to:

—comply with a legal obligation;

—respond to an order;

—protect our rights;

—investigate fraud;

—enforce our agreements;

or protect the safety of Users.

Business Transaction

Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets or other business transaction permitted by law.

8. Retention of Information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with our legal, tax, regulatory or contractual obligations.

Upon expiry of the applicable period, information may be destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws.

9. How Do We Protect Your Information?

RBB implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information against, among other things:

—unauthorized access;

—loss;

—theft;

—unauthorized disclosure;

and misuse.

However, no computer system or means of transmission can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.

—withdraw certain consents;

—obtain information concerning certain automated decisions;

and file a complaint with a competent authority.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies.

Essential Cookies

They enable, among other things:

—authentication;

—account functioning;

and essential functions.

Functional Cookies

They allow us to remember certain preferences.

Analytics Cookies

They allow us to understand use of the Platform and improve our services.

Marketing Cookies

Where permitted and with the required consent, they may be used to measure or personalize certain communications or advertisements.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies will only be used after obtaining the required consent.

12. Hosting and Transfers

Information may be hosted or processed in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, in the United States or in other jurisdictions where RBB or its suppliers operate.

Where required by law, RBB takes the necessary steps before disclosing personal information outside Quebec and puts in place appropriate contractual measures or other safeguards.
