Recruiters Biddingfor Business

How it works

The process, inverted.

Businesses post. Recruiters compete. Businesses choose. Here is the full sequence, from an open position to an awarded mandate.

01

The employer posts a mandate

One form: the role, the context, the location, the salary range and what makes the search difficult. Posting is free, and the mandate can be published anonymously.

02

Verified recruiters submit proposals

Each recruiter answers the same standardized questions: fee, replacement guarantee, timeline to first candidates, sourcing strategy, relevant placements and an optional introduction video. Recruiters never see each other's terms.

03

The employer compares

Proposals are displayed side by side in the same shape, so the comparison is real. Nothing is ranked, promoted or sponsored.

04

The mandate is awarded

The employer selects the recruiter they want to work with, and both parties continue in a private mandate workspace.

Who can take part

Recruiters, agencies and internal recruitment teams are verified manually before they can bid. Candidates can also join directly with their own portal, anonymously if they prefer. The marketplace itself is independent and neutral: no agency owns it, and no recruiter is favoured.

Simple to get started

Employers post private mandates, compare proposals and select a recruiter for free. Recruiters browse opportunities and submit proposals for free. Candidate access is free.
