Grand River Personnel recherche une personne pour gérer un cycle complet de recrutement dans un environnement d’agence rapide : analyse des candidatures, présélection, entrevues, jumelage avec les postes, suivi candidats et clients, création de dossiers employés et soutien à l’intégration.
À quoi ressemblent vos journées?
- Recruter, présélectionner et interviewer des candidats.
- Gérer les besoins de dotation de clients assignés.
- DĂ©velopper et maintenir des relations avec candidats et entreprises.
- Assurer les suivis liés aux présences, affectations, feuilles de temps et dossiers d’emploi.
