Leadership stratégique, SST, acquisition de talents, développement organisationnel, culture et engagement, rémunération globale et gestion d’une équipe RH. 8 à 10 ans d’expérience RH dont 5 ans en gestion, expérience manufacturière, expertise SST et gestion du changement; CRHA/CRIA un atout. 40 h, horaire flexible, une journée télétravail, assurances, REER employeur 2 %, PAE et télémédecine.
