The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (OCEO), an agent of Parliament, exercises general direction and supervision over the conduct of elections and referendums at the federal level and is commonly known as Elections Canada. Requirement Elections Canada has a requirement for Temporary Help Services and has issued a Request for Proposal to suppliers generated from CPSS who are qualified under the streams and categories listed above. This requirement is open only to those supply arrangement holders under EN578-172870 who has qualified under the following streams and categories: 12.6 Human resources, staffing The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: 1. ADRM Technology Consulting Group Corp; 2. Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc.; 3. ARTEMP PERSONNEL SERVICES INC.; 4. CSI Consulting Inc.; 5. Deloitte Inc.; 6. Fast Track Staffing Inc.; 7. Le Groupe Conseil Bronson Consulting Group; 8. MONZ CONSULTING INC., NEWFOUND RECRUITING CORPORATION, in Joint Venture; 9. OXARO INC.; 10. PRECISIONERP INCORPORATED; 11. Samson RH Inc.; 12. Tiree Facility Solutions Inc.; and 13. Turtle Island staffing Inc.; Incumbent The work is currently not being performed by a contractor. Security Organization Security Clearance Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) Personnel Screening Reliability Status Period of the Contract The estimated Contract period will be from the Effective Date of the Contract until 2027-11-08 (the “Initial Term”). Submission of Proposals Submission Eligibility This solicitation allows bidders to use the Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their proposals electronically. For further information, bidders may refer to RFP Attachment A – 2003 - Standard Instructions - Goods or Services - Competitive Requirements of the document. Bidders may also decide to deliver their proposal in person or by mail. Proposals are to be addressed to the attention of the Contracting Authority and delivered, sealed, to the Proposal Receiving Unit on or before the bid closing date and time indicated on the front page of the solicitation. Bids sent via email or facsimile will not be accepted. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
