About Agency is a Montréal recruitment and placement firm focused on difficult-to-find talent in the video-game industry, cinema, visual effects, graphics, software and creative media. Its approach is based on direct collaboration with hiring decision-makers and a network of experienced professionals who refer peers, rather than high-volume résumé collection. Typical searches include studio executives and production leaders (general managers, executive producers and production directors), art and 3D specialists (art directors, lead artists, senior 3D artists, concept and technical artists), and technical and creative positions (technical directors, lead programmers, AI programmers, game designers, CG supervisors and lead compositors). Services include targeted recruitment of senior specialists and executives, temporary and contract placements, embedded internal recruitment and strategic advice for management transitions. A mandate begins with a detailed discussion of the role, responsibilities and compensation. The team identifies a small number of relevant professionals, interviews them in depth, arranges a qualified introduction to assess working compatibility and supports subsequent interviews, offers and contracting. About Agency's public process describes qualified meetings in fewer than seven days and a sourcing approach centred on professional referrals. The company publishes service and process information, but the official pages reviewed do not provide a fixed recruitment fee, an exclusivity clause or a replacement-guarantee term.
