Public informationWhat employers should know before choosing this agency
Recruitment agencies differ significantly in pricing, guarantees, specialization, candidate screening and the way they manage a mandate. Before choosing, an employer should know exactly what is included.
- Recruitment fee
- The current site describes cost-effective and affordable recruitment but does not publish a numeric fee or percentage. Historical CPABC advertisements from 2020–2023 described Smart Choice as operating on a contingency basis; this is retained as historical commercial evidence, not assumed as a current universal term.
- Replacement guarantee
- No current public replacement-guarantee duration or mechanics were found.
- Exclusive mandate required?
- Historical CPABC advertisements stated “No Exclusive Clause.” The current official site reviewed does not repeat a universal exclusivity term, so the historical statement is not treated as a current contractual guarantee.
- Time to first candidates
- The current site and testimonials emphasize responsive and quick delivery, but no fixed public first-candidate or shortlist SLA was found.
