Description du poste
Responsibilities
- Build modular concrete-form systems such as Peri, Aluma, Fly, Skydeck and conventional stick formwork.
- Measure, cut and assemble formwork components.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Erect and dismantle formwork equipment and install embedded items.
- Follow supervisor direction and install ties, bracing, platforms and related systems.
- Perform physical construction labour and work with the team to meet project milestones.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience is an asset.
- Experience with modular systems such as Peri, Doka, Aluma or Efco is an asset.
- Red Seal carpentry certification is an asset.
- Ability to work in English and/or French depending on the site.
- Availability for overtime, outdoor work and work at heights.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lb and travel; weekly return home is noted in the posting.
- Reliable, punctual, safety-oriented and willing to learn.
