Role overview
FirstCareers is seeking an International Admissions & Partner Executive to manage student recruitment, partner relations and admissions processes for international markets. The role requires strong coordination, communication and cross-cultural skills.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with global recruitment partners, agents and institutions.
- Process applications, verify documents and coordinate admissions with academic teams.
- Provide guidance to applicants on program options, requirements and visa processes.
- Maintain CRM records and track partner performance metrics.
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the institution at international events and webinars.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business or International Relations.
- 2+ years of experience in international student recruitment or admissions.
- Familiarity with Canadian education systems and immigration processes such as IRCC and DLI.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
