Comptable principal

Senior Accountant opportunity with Robert CPA in Orléans, Ontario. The role works across public accounting, tax and advisory assignments for clients and can transition to a hybrid arrangement after probation. It is intended for an accountant with meaningful public-practice experience who can take ownership of files while contributing to client service and team delivery.

Role focus
• Prepare and review accounting files and financial statements for public-accounting clients.
• Support tax-compliance and advisory work based on client needs.
• Work with client records, identify issues and help resolve accounting or reporting questions.
• Manage assigned files and deadlines while maintaining strong documentation standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues about information requirements and file progress.
• Contribute to a collaborative public-practice environment and support efficient completion of engagements.

Profile
At least three years of relevant public-accounting-firm experience is requested. Familiarity with CaseWare is specifically relevant to the public opportunity. A CPA designation is preferred but not mandatory, and bilingual English/French capability is considered an asset. Candidates should be located in Orléans or within reasonable driving distance.
