Role description
Business-analysis contract supporting the transition of cybersecurity services to an external or managed-service provider. The analyst documents current and future workflows, gathers and validates business and technical requirements, supports vendor transition activities, maps service-management processes and helps stakeholders manage onboarding, offboarding and operational handoffs. The assignment requires strong facilitation and documentation in a security-service environment.
Qualifications
Strong business-analysis experience in technology/service transitions; requirements, process mapping, stakeholder facilitation and documentation skills; experience with cybersecurity, managed services or vendor transitions is relevant.
