Role description
Permanent full-time 360-desk technical recruitment role serving Western Canadian markets. The recruiter develops client relationships and new business while managing candidate sourcing, screening, presentation, interview coordination, offers and placement. The role is designed for an experienced recruiter who can own both business development and candidate delivery and build a sustained desk across Vancouver, Edmonton or Calgary markets.
Qualifications
Proven full-cycle/360 recruitment experience, preferably technical; client development and account-management capability; strong sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and candidate-management skills.
