Role description

ANZ Royal Group recrute un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des ventes pour un client du Grand Montréal. Le poste soutient les représentants des ventes, gère les demandes entrantes et contribue au suivi des occasions dans le CRM.

Les tâches comprennent aussi le suivi des commandes et retours, le service après-vente, la préparation de soumissions et d’échantillons, la coordination avec les opérations et l’entrepôt ainsi que certaines activités marketing et événementielles.

Qualifications

  • AEC ou DEP en administration ou en vente.
  • Au moins trois ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et forte orientation service client.
  • Maîtrise du français; anglais requis pour communiquer avec des partenaires hors Québec.
