Sales Manager - Renovation

Role overview

Full-time sales leadership opportunity with a growing window and door manufacturer. The Sales Manager owns the Supply & Install / Renovation channel across Alberta, with responsibility for team development, sales strategy, market expansion and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and identify new regional growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop renovation sales representatives across Alberta and establish performance expectations.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and industry influencers and attend relevant events.
• Create forecasts, analyze sales performance and address performance gaps.
• Partner with marketing, product and other internal teams on campaigns and customer-experience initiatives.

Experience and capabilities

• Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing B2C sales team.
• Strong background in sales leadership, business development and customer relationship management.
• Experience analyzing sales results, market trends, revenue opportunities and forecasts.
• Strong coaching, communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic, analytical and results-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting teams across multiple markets is an asset.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Alberta as required.
