About the opportunity
Whitevale Golf Club in Pickering is seeking a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead the member-owned private equity club and execute its strategic and operational priorities.
Key responsibilities
• Lead all club operations and the senior management team.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience.
• Oversee financial management and implementation of Board strategy.
• Strengthen accountability and coordination across operating areas.
• Advance strategic direction, facility and capital renewal and long-term financial sustainability.
