Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
0 to 5 years of experience (or relevant experience for the senior role);
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
Knowledge of the following tools (an asset): Registre foncier, RDPRM;
Autonomous with a strong team spirit;
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills;
Outstanding client service;
Rigor, attention to detail, and professionalism;
Excellent drafting and writing skills.
