Senior Manager, Contracts – Procurement & Digital Technologies

Your impact:

As Senior Manager, Contracts, you will play a key role in the strategic management of procurement agreements, including digital technologies.

You will be involved in complex and diverse matters related to information technology, professional services, logistics, and more.

As a true business partner, you will help optimize contractual processes, manage risk, and support the organization’s overall performance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts (goods, services, IT, licenses, maintenance);

  • Advise business teams on legal and strategic matters;

  • Analyze contractual risks and propose practical solutions;

  • Participate in the resolution of commercial disputes;

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (legal, procurement, operations, IT);

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contractual processes.

Profile sought:

  • Bachelor of Laws and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience;

  • Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation in a corporate environment;

  • Expertise in procurement, digital technologies, and software licensing;

  • Excellent business judgment and ability to balance risk with commercial objectives;

  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to manage complex matters in a demanding environment.
