Paralegal, Mortgage Collection

You’ll have the opportunity to join a team of seasoned professionals, actively contribute to handling a variety of challenging cases, and take on a role where your attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills will be fully utilized.
YOUR ROLE:
As a paralegal specializing in mortgage collections, you will play an important role on the team by ensuring the preparation, coordination, and rigorous follow-up of the cases assigned to you.
On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and reviewing legal documents, letters, forms, and memos related to financial services;
Drafting and preparing standard litigation procedures, particularly in cases involving insolvency, banking law, and mortgage foreclosures;
Handle the administrative management of collection cases for external clients;
Systematically track cases and ensure compliance with the various administrative steps;
Prepare, organize, and maintain up-to-date client files, including correspondence and supporting documents;
Work closely with team members to ensure cases are handled efficiently and thoroughly.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Legal formation and relevant experience.
Experience as a Paralegal in mortgage collection;
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively;
Rigorous, meticulous, and committed to a job well done;
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit;
Sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
