Role description

This Financial Security Advisor position combines self-employment with the structure and support of iA Financial Group. The advisor develops a client base and supports clients with their financial needs while benefiting from coaching and ongoing training.

The role

  • Develop a financial-services practice independently.
  • Build client relationships, understand their needs and provide advisory services.
  • Participate in comprehensive, practice-focused training.
  • Work with a flexible schedule and coaching that supports professional development.
  • Grow in an environment focused on action, results and human relationships.

Qualifications

  • Completed high-school diploma.
  • Outgoing profile with strong communication skills.
  • Action- and results-oriented.
  • Good listening skills, confidence and interest in advisory services.
  • Advanced spoken French and intermediate written French.

  • Posted annual income from $60,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
