Senior Architect — Design Lead — J1026

Inacre Conseil is recruiting a senior architect specializing in design for a well-established firm in the Quebec City area. The role leads conceptual and technical thinking for major mixed-use, residential and commercial projects from needs analysis through delivery.

Main responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and develop strong concepts adapted to technical, regulatory and contextual constraints.
• Ensure architectural, functional and aesthetic quality.
• Validate compliance with building codes and municipal regulations.
• Review drawings, architectural details and proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the firm’s project and design direction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and mentor team members on design and technical matters.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• OAQ member or eligible.
• Approximately 7–10 years of relevant design experience.
• Strong design and technical expertise.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent design software.
