Summary

We are supporting a global luxury design organization that is expanding into the Canadian market. This opportunity is focused on establishing a new showroom presence and creating an exceptional destination for designers, architects, builders, trade professionals, and discerning residential clients. The Showroom Manager will lead the day-to-day business, build and develop a high-performing sales team, and create an elevated client experience that reflects the standards of a globally recognized luxury brand. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people development, sales performance, relationship building, business development, and showroom operations.

The successful candidate will be highly visible on the showroom floor, coaching the team, engaging with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring every stage of the customer journey is executed to an exceptional standard. They will also play an important role in building relationships within the local design community and establishing the showroom as a trusted resource for premium design solutions. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience from luxury home furnishings, lighting, interiors, architectural products, kitchen and bath, building materials, or another design-focused environment. They will be commercially driven, passionate about beautiful product and design, and equally comfortable developing people, building client relationships, and driving results.
