Bartender

Summary

The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages in a lively and engaging environment. This role involves mixing drinks, managing the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Mix and garnish drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and making recommendations.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
