The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing attentive service to guests. This role involves collaborating with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements

• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Must have a smart serve certificate
