Role description
Summary
Mandatory Experience- Providing problem recognition, isolation, research, resolution and follow-up
- Providing 1st or 2nd level technical support by telephone or in person
- Providing systems administration duties such as creating and maintaining network accounts, performing basic security back-ups
- Escalating more complex problems to senior support personnel to expedite resolution
- Assisting with the automation of desktop computer build processes and packaging applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving network problems
- Creating problem and resolution logs for help desk activities
- Ensuring technical support issues are resolved in a prompt and efficient manner
