Role description

Opportunity

Hands-on HR leadership role with a growing Stoney Creek organization. The mandate is to build and improve HR infrastructure, policies and processes while partnering directly with leadership in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience building HR practices in a high-growth, decentralized, multi-division or private-equity-backed environment is preferred.
  • CHRP/CHRL is preferred.
  • Independent, ownership-oriented approach and comfort using AI/technology.
