Role description

A Montreal real-estate company is seeking a Residential Development Coordinator to support multifamily development projects from early feasibility through multidisciplinary coordination and tender-document preparation.

Qualifications

• Technical education in architectural technology, architecture or a related field.
• At least 2 years of multifamily or mixed-use residential project coordination experience.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and municipal regulations.
• AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Dreeven skills.

Additional information

Salary: CAD 65,000 to 75,000. Major real-estate projects, insurance benefits and a growing multidisciplinary environment.
