Role description
An integrated Montreal-area developer and general contractor is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of major residential projects. Responsibilities include project administration, schedule and budget tracking, coordination with professionals and subcontractors, tender support, document control and change tracking.
Qualifications
• Education in engineering, architecture, estimating, construction or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of construction project coordination or management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Procore knowledge is an asset.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
Additional information
Permanent Montreal role. Salary of CAD 65,000 to 75,000 depending on experience, group insurance and growth opportunities.
