This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining production insurance applications across Windows, Linux and AWS environments while ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA commitments. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, manage deployments, enhance monitoring capabilities and collaborate with business, development and vendor teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
