As a Development Planner, you will support the evaluation, planning, permitting, and approval of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and seniors housing developments across Ontario. Working closely with senior leadership, municipalities, consultants, and regulatory agencies, you will help advance projects from site analysis through approvals while contributing to process improvement and technology-driven innovation.
