Role description
About the opportunity
A national multidisciplinary design practice is building its Ottawa electrical-engineering capability and is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to combine technical leadership, project delivery, client development and team growth.
Key responsibilities
• Lead electrical design and delivery for complex buildings and infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project development and execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other design professionals.
• Build client, consultant, contractor and industry relationships.
• Support business development and mentor junior and intermediate professionals.
Qualifications
What you bring
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation.
• Progressive leadership experience in consulting engineering.
• Experience in government, institutional, secure, mission-critical, commercial or complex infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, communications and security systems.
• Established network in the National Capital Region; bilingualism is a strong asset.
