About the opportunity
Pawsitive Veterinary Care in Kelowna is hiring a compassionate and open-minded Small Animal Veterinarian for a part-time or full-time position. The practice emphasizes client education, preventative medicine and work-life balance in a modern 3,700-square-foot facility.

Compensation and benefits
- The posting states $50,000–$112,500 for a 2–3 shift-per-week schedule, depending on experience and skill set.
- P3 also publishes a full-time-equivalent competitive range of $90,000–$200,000 CAD per year; RBB preserves both public compensation signals rather than merging them into one range.
- Paid licensing dues, veterinary discounts and continuing-education allowance.
- For candidates committing to three shifts per week, employer-paid health benefits and RRSP matching are available.
- Broader P3 benefits include professional-services coverage, mental-health coverage, paid CE leave, liability insurance, vacation and personal emergency days.
- A signing bonus to assist with moving expenses may be available.
Public referral reward
- $5,000 CAD for an eligible Veterinarian referral.
- The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete the three-month probationary period.
- The program is open to anyone; candidates with previous contact in the P3 hiring process are ineligible.
