Role description
Platinum Global Talent Solutions is recruiting a Business Analyst to improve the stability, performance and usability of a client’s Epicor Kinetic environment. The analyst troubleshoots ERP configurations and customizations, optimizes inventory and operational workflows, develops SQL queries/stored procedures/data models, collaborates with end users and IT on enhancements, tests changes, strengthens data integrity and supports user adoption through training and documentation.
Qualifications
Approximately 5–15 years of ERP analysis or related technical experience; hands-on Epicor Kinetic expertise; strong SQL/database capability; understanding of inventory-management processes; independent troubleshooting and problem solving; strong communication/collaboration. Incorporated contractor status is required for the contract arrangement.
Additional information
Edmonton-based remote contract. Immediate start, 12-month duration with likely extension or possible permanent conversion. Current mirrors publish compensation around CAD 80,000–110,000.
