Role description

L’agent(e) administratif(ve) soutient une équipe ou un service dans la gestion des communications, des documents, des dossiers et des opérations administratives courantes.

Vos responsabilités
• Rédiger, mettre en forme et transmettre des documents et communications.
• Répondre aux appels et courriels et acheminer les demandes.
• Saisir des données et mettre à jour les dossiers et fichiers.
• Classer, archiver et suivre les documents administratifs.
• Organiser les réunions et coordonner les agendas.
• Soutenir les collègues dans différentes tâches administratives.

Profil recherché
• DEP en secrétariat ou expérience équivalente.
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des outils informatiques courants.
• Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit.
• Organisation, autonomie et discrétion.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et échéances simultanément.
