Dispatcher

Receive service requests, plan and coordinate interventions, assign work to field teams based on available resources, monitor operations in real time and adjust plans, maintain communication with mobile staff, provide customer service, update systems, prepare reports and administrative follow-ups, and collaborate across departments.

Strong organization and prioritization, pressure management, communication/customer service, computer skills and fast problem solving. Dispatch/logistics/coordination experience and related transport/administration training preferred; road-transport exposure; autonomy and rigor; French-English bilingualism is an asset; stress management and teamwork.

CAD 27–35/hour depending on experience. Permanent full-time daytime Monday–Friday, with overtime available. Entry training, collaborative workplace, professional development, free parking and employee recognition program.
