Project Manager

Role overview

Contract project-management role supporting a busy team across digital and social work for multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Turn briefs into project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate creative, marketing, production and agency contributors.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, feedback, approvals and next steps.
• Maintain clear project-status visibility for stakeholders.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, priority conflicts and resource gaps early.
• Follow up with internal and external partners to keep delivery on schedule.
• Maintain accurate workflows and project information in Trello, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating or managing digital, social, creative or marketing projects.
• Strong project-management fundamentals and ability to work independently.
• Experience with cross-functional creative teams in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, approvals and deadlines simultaneously.
• Trello experience is an asset; Teams and Outlook familiarity expected.

Compensation

Public rate: CAD 35–40 per hour.
