Role description
Protech Construction is looking for an experienced base-building Superintendent to take charge of one project at a time on Montréal’s South Shore. The advertised commercial, industrial and multi-residential projects are worth several million dollars.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the field reference and organize daily site operations.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers and project managers.
- Master the project stages from excavation through delivery.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets and execution quality.
- Deliver projects with as few deficiencies as possible and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent on base-building projects.
- Hands-on experience managing construction sites and coordinating teams.
- Good understanding of the complete stages of a construction project.
- Quality-focused, schedule-conscious and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
