Role description
Administrates construction contracts for a downtown Toronto commercial architecture practice, including payment certificates, change documentation, site meetings, site instructions, field-review reports, coordination with project teams, cost control and scheduling follow-up. The role works closely with principals, associates and architects in a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
Requires 10+ years of experience, strong knowledge of local and provincial building codes and experience with mixed-use and healthcare projects. Revit and AutoCAD knowledge are assets.
