Role description
Mandat de soutien à domicile au CS de Chibougamau. Horaire publié: lundi au vendredi de 8 h à 16 h 30, avec une fin de semaine sur 4 ou 5 et possibilité de garde ponctuelle ou mensuelle. Rémunération: 90 $/h plus per diem de 60 $ par jour travaillé. Exigences: véhicule fonctionnel, membre de l’OIIQ, minimum 6 mois d’expérience en soutien à domicile, règle de soins nationale complétée, formation DCI/Cristal Net et SIL-P, expérience en aide médicale à mourir à domicile. Orientation requise.
