Senior Manager, Retail Customer Lifecycle Marketing

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Map and improve the journey from retail purchase through activation, onboarding, engagement and renewal.
• Design lifecycle messaging and CRM programs for retail-acquired customers.
• Use segmentation and behavioral data to improve retention and engagement.
• Partner across global retail, product, analytics and marketing teams.
• Identify customer friction and translate insight into lifecycle improvements.
• Measure program performance and refine journeys using data and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in retail, subscription products, lifecycle marketing or retention.
• Strong CRM and customer-journey experience.
• Comfort with segmentation, analytics and performance measurement.
• Experience working cross-functionally, ideally in global retail environments.
• Ability to combine customer insight with practical execution.
