Role description

Notre client, une firme d'architectes des grands projets institutionnels (transport, santé, etc.) recherche un(e) Surveillant(e) de chantier, (40% voyagement dans le grand Montréal).

  • Exécuter l'administration complète de chantiers d'envergure et de complexité variées selon le niveau d'expérience;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec un architecte patron;
  • Faire la revue des dessins d'atelier;
  • Effectuer les inspections de chantier et la rédaction des rapports;
  • Préparer toute la documentation liée à l'avancement de chantiers et à la livraison de projets;
  • Participer au processus d'amélioration continue du département de surveillance de chantier.
Exigences :
  • Bac en architecture, membre de l'OAQ;
  • Minimum de 8 années d'expérience en surveillance et en administration de chantier, (réalisation de projets institutionnels, un atout);
  • Atout: Habilité à travailler en mode forfaitaire ou en gérance;
  • Maîtrise du logiciel AutoCAD, MS Office;
  • Certificat ASP, atout : formation en harnais et travaux en hauteur et espace clos;
  • Formation ou expérience en litige de la construction et échéanciers;
  • Avoir accès à un véhicule;
  • Français.
