Role description

The Leadership Agency is recruiting Andgo Systems’ first dedicated Chief Revenue Officer. Andgo is a growing SaaS company focused on workforce-staffing automation for healthcare and other complex, high-volume environments and is entering a new growth phase around an AI-enabled platform.

Mandate

  • Own revenue-generating functions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and RevOps.
  • Lead major enterprise opportunities and commercial negotiations while building executive relationships and quantified business cases.
  • Build and coach the go-to-market organization, strengthen territories, incentives and performance management.
  • Create scalable qualification, forecasting, value-selling, pricing and revenue-operations systems.
  • Partner with the CEO and board on a 12–24-month revenue plan and a path toward $50M ARR.

Qualifications

Proven experience scaling AI-enabled software or tech-services revenue, hands-on enterprise selling and complex seven-figure deal leadership; strong full-lifecycle SaaS/revenue fluency; experience building and coaching GTM teams and repeatable commercial systems; executive presence and evidence-based operating style. Canada or US based.
