Role description
Private estate seasonal leadership role in Muskoka overseeing front-of-house service and coordinating a service team. Responsibilities include guest arrivals and departures, formal dining and beverage service, inventory management, collaboration with household staff, staff scheduling, estate presentation and household procurement. The role requires full availability during major 2026 holiday periods and extended service hours when the client is in residence.
Qualifications
5+ years of high-end private service or luxury hospitality experience. Prior supervisory or lead-service experience is strongly preferred. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and discreet, hold a valid driver’s licence, and be able to commit to the full seasonal schedule. A boat operator certificate is desirable.
Additional information
Private onsite housing is provided for the contract term. Compensation is described by the employer as market-leading and is negotiated based on experience. Contract runs through November 1, 2026.
