What employers should know before choosing this agency

Recruitment agencies differ significantly in pricing, guarantees, specialization, candidate screening and the way they manage a mandate. Before choosing, an employer should know exactly what is included.

Recruitment fee: Halotalent's official English public pricing page lists the turnkey active-headhunting package at 20% of the future candidate's annual salary. The French pricing page describes the same percentage-of-salary model with billing stages tied to launch, selection and hire.
Replacement guarantee: Halotalent states that if the selected candidate voluntarily or involuntarily leaves during the guarantee period, the firm will restart the headhunting work at no charge. The reviewed public page does not state a universal guarantee duration.
Exclusive mandate required?: No universal public exclusivity requirement was found on the official pages reviewed.
Time to first candidates: No fixed public first-candidate or shortlist timeline was found.
