Opérateur de camion de transport (7x7)

Fly-in/fly-out Haul Truck Operator contract at a mine in Northwestern Ontario. The role is part of the Mine Operations team and works a seven-days-on / seven-days-off rotation with 12-hour day and night shifts. Pay is $41 per hour plus overtime, equivalent to approximately $47.83 per hour across a 12-hour day. Travel to and from site is provided.

Role focus
• Operate large mining haul trucks safely and efficiently within an active mine operation.
• Follow site operating procedures, traffic rules and health-and-safety requirements.
• Complete operating checks and report equipment or performance issues.
• Support safe production targets while working closely with dispatch, supervisors and other mobile-equipment operators.
• Work rotating day and night shifts in a remote mine environment.

Profile
The posting specifically requires experience operating the Komatsu 830E haul truck. A valid driver’s licence and practical heavy-equipment/mining experience are important, together with strong safety awareness and the ability to work long rotational shifts.
