Key responsibilities
• Build itineraries covering air travel, hotels and ground transportation and distribute schedules, travel details and checklists.
• Handle last-minute changes, delays, cancellations and new bookings caused by schedule changes.
• Compare multiple travel options and select efficient solutions that meet client and crew needs.
• Keep crew schedules complete and current with accurate travel information.
• Communicate actively with operations teams so travel arrangements meet safety and service expectations.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and resolve travel issues in a time-sensitive environment.
