Responsibilities
- Manage site work schedules and permitting while maintaining safety requirements.
- Manage resources, budgets and cost reports.
- Administer contracts and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Participate in client meetings and resolve design changes and project issues.
- Mentor project teams and verify compliance with project designs.
- Resolve construction issues and support progress claims and invoicing.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of heavy-civil experience; 5–10 years is considered an asset.
- Civil Engineering Technology diploma; Civil Engineering degree is an asset.
- Advanced English.
- P.Tech designation; P.Eng and PMP are considered assets.
- Strong financial understanding, leadership, mentoring and knowledge of civil-engineering concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel and ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
