Responsibilities
- Promote and follow site safety requirements.
- Lead reliability and root-cause analysis activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Develop and improve preventive-maintenance schedules.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Track performance and reliability metrics.
- Maintain reliability documentation and support a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance/reliability experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Engineering degree.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Knowledge of electrical-distribution systems.
- Maintenance Management Professional or reliability certification is an asset.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated urgency, curiosity, teamwork and leadership potential.
